0c4b36426c feat(module-system): 为 PositionMapLine 增加防撞功能标识字段
- 在 PositionMapLineDO、PositionMapLineRespVO 和 PositionMapLineSaveReqVO 中添加 collisionAvoidanceFlag 字段
- 该字段用于表示是否开启防撞功能,0 表示否,1 表示是
- 移除了 RobotInformationController 中的硬编码分页大小设置
